Journal Article 2024 02 25 Qazvin in recent centuries, especially from the Safavid period onwards has always been influenced by important political, social and economic developments due to its special geographical and historical location. These developments have affected all aspects of urban life, especially the population. Therefore, in this study, we attempted to analyze and study these changes by explaining the most important components affecting demographic changes. Based on the findings, demographic changes in Qazvin have been directly related to general developments in the country. In fact, a set of factors such as political factor (the transfer of the capital to and from Qazvin), social factor (different ethnic-tribal groups’ displacement), military factor (multiple wars), economic factor (economic boom or recession) and natural factors (disease and earthquake) have caused the most demographic changes in Qazvin. قزوین در چند سده اخیر بویژه از دوره صفوی به بعد به دلیل موقعیت خاص جغرافیایی و تاریخی خود، همواره متأثر از تحولات مهم سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی بوده است. این تحولات همه جنبه‌های زندگی شهری بویژه جمعیّت قزوین را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است. از این رو، در این پژوهش تلاش می‌گردد با روش تحلیلی ـ تطبیقی و با هدف توضیح مهمترین مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر تغییرات جمعیتی، این تغییرات مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گیرد. بر مبنای یافته‌های پژوهش تغییرات جمعیتی قزوین ارتباط مستقیمی به تحولات کلی و عمومی در سطح کشور داشته است. در واقع مجموعه عواملی همانند عامل سیاسی (انتقال پایتخت)، عامل اجتماعی (جابجایی‌های گروه‌های مختلف قومی ـ قبیله‌ای)، عامل نظامی (جنگ‌های متعدد)، عامل اقتصادی (رونق یا رکود اقتصادی) و عوامل طبیعی (بیماری و زلزله) بیشترین دگرگونی‌های جمعیتی در قزوین را در پی داشته است. https://localhistories.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_11469_bb0d3aca520d6f36569100234f63906c.pdf
